Since 2001 I’ve been supporting leaders to take ownership of their impact and careers, set themselves up for success and make a greater impact.
I’ve worked across both private and public sectors on a wide range of projects, from delivering management and leadership training for Link HR Consulting to being a member of the Telstra Top Talent leadership identification team.
Together we will focus and plan both at strategic and day to day levels, clarify your purpose and that of your team, explore key areas including influencing, networking, managing up/across, team, people development, time management, systems for effective 1-on-1 staff sessions and underpin everything with practical systems and tools for immediate, tangible results.
1. CAREER PLANNING FOR LEADERS
Strategic career planning is important for everyone, whether you’re at a turning point feeling confused or lost or you’re wanting to make the next 10 years really count.
We focus on four key outcomes (in addition to any specific individual support required):
- Consciously owning and driving your career development, planning, influencing, managing up and building networks
- Aligning your career and brand with your passions and natural strengths for maximum engagement, fulfilment and sense of purpose
- Building self awareness, clarity and confidence
- A clear vision and plan for your personal and professional future that inspires you, aligns to who you are and what you want and provides you with certainty and focus
2. COACHING FOR LEADERS – Helping busy managers be better leaders
Our sessions together will focus on you the leader; the individuals in your team; the whole team and also your ability to effectively lead within the organisation.
We’ll focus on the following outcomes:
- We’ll get clear on your goals and develop a plan to provide you and your team with direction and focus
- You’ll get fast-paced, thorough and easy-to-implement guidance on fundamental topics including building teams and a high performing culture, running effective one-on-one sessions, planning out your leadership calendar, managing up and building your brand
- If it’s of value we will unpack your thought leadership so you can develop a career built on your unique strengths and passions
- We’ll work on shifting your mindset to move past any ‘stuckness’ or confusion to feel bolder and more confident – we’ll work through your challenges, fears and big decisions at your own pace
- I’ll remind you about your other priorities such as balance, wellbeing and family so you don’t lose sight of the bigger picture
- I’ll challenge and stretch you whilst holding you accountable
