Hi, I’m Rachael Pickworth and for almost 20 years I’ve been a leadership career coach, helping leaders maximise their career potential, elevate their leadership capability and provide their greatest value.
Do any of the following points sound familiar?
You want a clear career plan that’s aligned to your passions, strengths and skillset…
You want to feel confident, organised, planned and in control to manage and lead your people and team well…
You want practical and implementable tools and frameworks to quickly and strategically elevate your management and leadership effectiveness…
You want to be respected as an inspiring, impactful and high performing leader with a growth mindset, who is committed to providing strong leadership to your people and the business…
You want to focus on your leadership growth, career development, building key relationships and your brand so you create and make the most of opportunities…
Ultimately you want to look back proudly on your career, your legacy and the ripple effect you made…
And like most leaders you’re probably busy juggling conflicting balls and dealing with deadlines, meetings, staff, relentless emails and spot fires and find it hard to step back and make the critical shifts required elevate to the next level.
I get it. Although you may want to grow and provide your greatest value it can be hard to focus on the critical things required when you’re busy and don’t have a coach to facilitate the process and provide you with support, sound boarding, feedback and accountability.
But the reality is if you’re not taking the time to elevate your focus, self belief, career trajectory and way of operating you’re simply not able to get the best out of your people, build your brand, provide your greatest value and ultimately leave a fulfilling legacy.
Years tick by quickly and it’s important you’re not wasting time, opportunities, potential and the impact you could be making.
Through coaching sessions with Rachael I have been able to quite quickly achieve clarity and a sense of purpose around what my goals are. This has made it a lot easier to make decisions on where I should be focussing my time and what career decisions I should make. The clarity has provided a sense of relief by taking away the ‘noise’. I would not have achieved this without Rachael providing guidance and gently challenging and interrogating my thinking.

Working with Rachael has been truly fulfilling. Being a bit of a sceptic of coaching and not really enjoying opening up, I was very unsure of what I was letting myself into. My worries were very quickly dismissed. Rachael is analytical, yet warm and she is incredibly real. Her own business acumen and general life experience all make for such well rounded coaching sessions. I always leave our sessions recharged mentally and motivated to succeed in achieving my goals and be the best I can be.

As a HR Business Partner I have engaged Rachael’s coaching services periodically over the last 5 years. This has included Rachael coaching individual staff (40), delivering goal setting workshops and facilitating team coaching with great success. Rachael has a unique and vibrant way in which she engages an audience and individuals to set and achieve goals and it is always a pleasure working with her.

Coaching for me is about staying at the top of my game in every aspect of my life. With such a demanding career, whilst being successful at what I do, coaching ensures I prioritise my relationship, my kids, my health and my downtime, in ensuring my life is a success.

Being on a journey with Rachael is like standing in front of a mirror with a warm hand on my shoulder. Rachael listens intently to every word and takes nothing for granted. She searches for gaps in my facade and won’t let me walk away from where she knows I need to go. And when I get there, she is right by my side. Rachael is direct but kind. She is bold but nurturing. And simply, she makes it her business to see people discover their best selves.
